H&S TD04 Turbo Kit - HS 260

Please note: Installation should be done by people with a technical background. This is not a factory turbo kit, so several adjustments need to be made.

Please note: For the Multiair engines you also need a Blow off adapter kit. This costs 169,- euro.

Please note: We do not provide any warranty for self-assembly or assembly by a company other than H&S Corse.

For the 1.4 Turbo we have put together a TD04 HS 260 Turbo set with the following parts:

• HS260 "Fast" TD04 turbo up to +-255/265 HP

• Turbo has an adjustable actuator of 0.5/0.6 bar so that it can be controlled by the ECU

• Modified Wastegate

• Custom Wastegate Opening
  
  
• Ported flange and outlet housing for maximum flow

• Improved bearing

• 63.5mm (70mm possible, email for info)

• Large injector set

• Option Sensors set

• Including everything you need to assemble the set, we supply it specifically for each type
  
  
• This turbo spools faster than the gt1446 in a stock setup!

This turbo produces +-260 hp and +- 350 Nm with the Abarth/Fiat/Alfa 135 hp/140 hp/155/165/180/190 hp T-Jet engine and +- 220 hp with the 120 hp T-Jet engine.

The same figures apply to the 1.4 Multi-air euro5 as to the T-jet 135 to 160 hp and slightly lower to the Euro6

To achieve the power the following components are also required:

• Min. 63.5mm exhaust system from front to back

• Front Mount Intercooler

• Air intake system

In a normal situation the delivery time after ordering and payment is +- 3 working days
