APPLICABILITY
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, purchases and deliveries of H&S Corse products via the website.
These conditions are available to everyone via the homepage https ://shop .hs -corse .nl . In case of differences between the language versions, the English version prevails.
Upon request, Shop H&S Corse will send a copy of these conditions to the buyer.
By ordering H&S Corse products via the website, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.
Shop H&S Corse has the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time.
OFFER
If an offer is only valid for a limited period or if conditions apply, this will be clearly stated with the offer.
Our offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.
Shop H&S Corse is not bound in case of obvious errors and mistakes in our offers.
Each offer contains clear information for the buyer about the rights and obligations in connection with acceptance of the offer.
AGREEMENT
On the basis of Article 3 and paragraph 3 of this Article, an agreement is concluded between the buyer and Shop H&S Corse at the moment that the buyer accepts an offer from Shop H&S Corse and if all conditions for this offer have been met.
Shop H&S Corse will confirm receipt of an electronically received acceptance of offers immediately to the e-mail address provided by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for providing the correct e-mail address during the ordering process. The buyer may terminate the agreement if the acceptance by Shop H&S Corse has not yet been confirmed to the e-mail address provided by the buyer.
Shop H&S Corse may - within the statutory regulations - obtain information about the buyer's ability to meet his payment obligations, as well as about facts and factors that are important for entering into the agreement responsibly. If this investigation reveals well-founded reasons for Shop H&S Corse to refuse the agreement, it has the right to refuse an order or application with reasons or to attach special conditions to it.
Shop H&S Corse will send the following information to the buyer in writing or in such a way that the buyer can store it on an accessible durable medium at the latest upon delivery of a product:
- the business address of Shop H&S Corse where the buyer can file a complaint;
- the conditions under which the buyer can make use of the cooling-off period and the manner in which this must be done;
- information about guarantees and existing after-sales service;
- the price of the product, including all taxes;
- the method of delivery; and
- the standard form for the right of withdrawal.
VAT
In accordance with applicable law, all prices listed on the website are inclusive of VAT. When shipping an order to a delivery address outside the EU, VAT will be deducted at checkout. Please note that in case of shipping to an address outside the EU, the buyer may be liable for import duties and taxes. The buyer is responsible for paying these charges. Shop H&S Corse advises the buyer to contact local customs for further information.
PAYMENT
Shop H&S Corse offers the following secure payment methods:
- NL: iDEAL, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), manual transfer
- BE: Bancontact, Credit Card, manual transfer
The buyer is bound by the terms and conditions of the chosen payment platform. Shop H&S Corse has no power over these terms and cannot be held liable for their content.
DELIVERY
All delivery times are indicative and cannot be considered as guaranteed.
The buyer is responsible for the correct delivery address. If an error leads to problems with the delivery, Shop H&S Corse is not responsible.
The risk of damage and/or loss of products lies with Shop H&S Corse until the moment of delivery to the specified address, unless otherwise agreed.
GUARANTEE ON INSTALLATION
Any form of warranty will lapse if products purchased through our webshop are installed by yourself or by another company. H&S Corse is not liable for damage, defects or other problems that occur as a result of installation by third parties or own installation.
Please note: If the buyer wishes to make a claim under warranty on the materials, installation must be carried out exclusively by H&S Corse technicians.
REFLECTION PERIOD AND TERMINATION
The buyer has the right to terminate the agreement and return his/her order within 14 days after receipt. Products that have been ordered specifically for the buyer cannot be returned.
Returns must comply with H&S Corse return instructions. The buyer is responsible for the direct costs and risks of returns.
PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
Shop H&S Corse acts in accordance with the GDPR. Personal data is only used for processing orders and is not shared with third parties, except if necessary for the execution of the agreement.
APPLICABLE LAW
These conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes between Shop H&S Corse and the buyer will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
