After receiving your order, we will immediately check whether the product is in stock. If this is not the case, we will immediately order it from our supplier. We will keep a close eye on the delivery and ensure that it is sent to you as soon as it is received by us. You will also receive a Track & Trace code, so that you can follow the shipment step by step. It may sometimes be the case that a delivery unfortunately takes a little longer than you are used to from us.

We work together with Myparcel / PostNL for the shipping of all our packages. As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code from us with which you can track the package at any time via the PostNL website or app. This way you are always aware of the expected delivery time and you can easily arrange any changes to your delivery time. We strive to have your package delivered to your home as quickly and safely as possible.
