By participating in Shop H&S Corse's promotions and giveaways (the ''Giveaways''), you fully agree to these Shop H&S Corse Terms and Conditions (''T&Cs'') and declare that you meet all requirements to to qualify for this.

ELIGIBILITY

If you are under 18, you will need permission from your parents or legal guardians to enter the Giveaways. Shop H&S Corse may at any time ask you for proof of age and/or identity and/or proof of that consent, where relevant. Shop H&S Corse may exclude any participant who cannot provide such proof. Employees of Shop H&S Corse are excluded from participation.

DATE OF GIVEAWAYS

The Giveaways start and end on the date specified in the Shop H&S Corse Instagram posts. Entries after the closing date will not be accepted.

PARTICIPATE

The Giveaways post on Instagram explains the entire procedure. There is no cost to participate and no purchase is necessary to enter the Giveaways. Only one entry per person will be accepted, multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Instagram post. When entering a Giveaway, you will not be eligible to win prizes awarded in any other Giveaway unless you enter each Giveaway separately.

THE WINNER

The winner will be selected at random from all correct entries. The winner will be notified via DM on Instagram via our official H&S Corse account within five working days of the Giveaway closing date. If it is not possible to contact the winner or if the winner does not claim the prize within 48 hours, Shop H&S Corse reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select another winner. The decisions of Shop H&S Corse in relation to all matters relating to the Giveaway are final and are not subject to review or appeal by any entrant or third party.

PRICE

The promotional prize is an H&S Corse product as indicated on the H&S Corse Instagram post. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternative prizes are offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal value without notice.

PERSONAL DATA

Each winner agrees that, by participating in a Giveaway, Shop H&S Corse may use the winner's name in any manner and in any medium for promotional purposes without requiring additional approval or compensation, including posting to a winners list , in an Instagram post and/or Instagram Stories.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Giveaway, each participant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless Shop H&S Corse, its legal representatives, respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any damages whatsoever suffered or experienced in connection with the Giveaway or accepting the prize.

Shop H&S Corse reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel the Giveaways or change the terms of the T&Cs at any time and any such change will be effective immediately upon publication.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Giveaways are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute that may arise will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
