H&S TD04 Turbo Kit - HS 300

Please note: Installation should be done by people with a technical background. This is not a factory turbo kit, so several adjustments need to be made.

For the 1.4 Turbo we have put together a TD04 HS300+ Turbo kit with the following parts:

• Isolated HS300 "XTR" TD04 turbo with insulated exhaust housing up to 310+ HP (This turbo has an enlarged compressor wheel and turbine wheel)

• Turbo has an adjustable actuator 0.5/.6 bar

• Custom Waste gate and opening

• Improved bearing

• 70/63.5mm Insulated Downpipe

• Insulated manifold

• CNC milled flange and collector

• Large injector set 613CC

• Custom water tube

• Gasket set

• Camshafts with modified profile for optimum spooling time and power.

• Oil supply line

This turbo achieves up to +-310 hp and +- 380 Nm (on a standard engine)

To achieve the power described above, the following components are also required:

• Min. 63.5mm exhaust system from front to back

• Front Mount Intercooler

• Air intake system

In a normal situation the delivery time after ordering and payment is +- 2 weeks
