H&S TD04 Turbo Kit - HS290

Please note: Installation should be done by people with a technical background. This is not a factory turbo kit, so several adjustments need to be made.

For the 1.4 Turbo we have put together a TD04 HS290 Turbo kit with the following parts:

• HS300 "XTR" TD04 turbo (This version has an enlarged compressor wheel and Turbine wheel)

• Turbo has an adjustable actuator 0.5/0.6 bar

• Custom Waste gate

• Modified Waste gate opening

• Improved bearing

• 70/63.5mm Downpipe of your choice

• Large injector set

• Sensors set

• Custom water tube

• Cnc milled flanges and collector

• Uni ball system for mounting

• Gasket set

This setup reaches up to +-290 hp and +- 370 Nm with the Abarth/Fiat/Alfa 135/140/145/150/155/160/165/180/190 hp T-Jet engine, and +- 255 hp with the 120 hp T-Jet engine.

The same figures apply to the 1.4 Multi-air euro5 as to the T-jet 135 to 160 hp and slightly lower to the Euro6

To achieve the power described above, the following components are also required:

• Min. 63.5mm exhaust system from front to back

• Front Mount Intercooler

• Air intake system

In a normal situation the delivery time after ordering and payment is +- 2 weeks
