H&S TD04 Turbo Kit - HS 275

Please note: Installation should be done by people with a technical background. This is not a factory turbo kit, so several adjustments need to be made.

For the 1.4 Multi-air a BOV adapter kit must be ordered, this kit costs 169.50

Please note: We do not provide any warranty for self-assembly or assembly by a company other than H&S Corse.

For the 1.4 Turbo we have put together a TD04 HS275 Turbo kit with the following parts:

• HS275 "Pro" TD04 Turbo up to 275/280 HP (compared to the 260 version, this 275 turbo has a larger compressor wheel so that it moves more air)

• Turbo has an adjustable actuator 0.5/0.6 bar

• Custom Wastegate

• Custom Wastegate Opening

• Improved bearings

• Welded transition flange to Standard manifold machined for exact fit

• 70/63.5mm Downpipe of your choice

• Large injector set

• Sensors set

• Including everything you need to assemble the set, we deliver it specifically for each type

This turbo reaches up to +-275 hp and +- 360 Nm with the Abarth/Fiat/Alfa 135/140/145/150/155/160/165/180/190 hp T-Jet engine, and +- 240 hp with the 120 hp T-Jet engine.

The same figures apply to the 1.4 Multi-air euro5 as to the T-jet 135 to 160 hp and slightly lower to the Euro6

To achieve the power the following components are also required:

• Min. 63.5mm exhaust system from front to back

• Front Mount Intercooler

• Air intake system

In a normal situation the delivery time after ordering and payment is +- 3 days
