E10 petrol requires quality maintenance Due to the consequences of ethanol in petrol (E10) such as the acids that are formed and the lack of lubrication, extra attention is required. Forté Fuel System Cleaner Advanced cleans the injectors (also known as atomizers) of Direct Injection (DI) petrol engines very thoroughly. These injectors become internally dirty because the petrol in the injector ages. The lacquer deposits that then form mean that the injector no longer closes properly (and therefore leaks). The injectors also become dirty on the outside, namely due to carbon deposits as a result of incomplete combustion. This is also included in the cleaning. After using this product, the injection is restored, so that the mixing of fuel and oxygen is optimal again.
