a Sport insert filter provides more air, which improves the engine's performance. The paper element is replaced by a high quality sports inlay filter. Made from high-performance materials that allow greater airflow combined with more efficient filtration, trapping all impurities down to 7 microns (compared to the OEM's 10 microns).

BMC filters are made of a multi-layer cotton mesh saturated with low viscosity oil and covered with an epoxy coated alloy mesh to provide protection against gasoline fumes and oxidation due to humidity.

All BMC air filters are pre-oiled and can be washed and regenerated using the appropriate BMC regeneration kit.
